We manufacture many different types of beds to suit the needs of our customers. Below you can find information about each bed 'type' that we make, as well as links to some of our bed specification sheets. Feel free to download these and take them into our dealers to get pricing information and to comparison shop. Pillow top beds contain an extra layer of cushioning above the bed in the "pillow top". Although many pillow top beds are softer than tight top beds, using a firmer spring unit and foam, we can create a firm pillow top bed as well. Pillow top beds are meant to be one-sided, and you should follow our care instructions here. We make pillow top beds of all comfort levels, and suggest you visit a dealer to try one out!
Traditional two-sided, or tight top, beds can be flipped as well as rotated. While many two-sided beds are firmer than their pillow top counterparts, they can be made softer using a more forgiving spring unit and foam. You should always follow our care instructions here. We make two-sided beds of all comfort levels, and suggest you visit a dealer to try one out!
While all of our beds contain a mix of foam, memory foam, or latex, this category of beds is unique. Our foam beds in the section do not have a steel spring unit inside, and purely rely on their foam components to provide support. It may seem too simple to have an all-foam bed, but our FoamX bed is probably one of the most comfortable, longest-lasting models we make! Whether your foam bed is one-sided or two-sided, you should follow our care instructions here. We make foam beds of all comfort levels, and suggest you visit a dealer to try one out!
Our dual comfort beds have different firmness levels on the left and right side of the bed. This allows for a couple with different sleeping habits or comfort needs to still sleep in the same bed! These beds are clearly marked on the label as to which side is firm, and which is soft, and you should follow our care instructions here. We make different dual comfort models, and suggest you visit a dealer to try one out!
Even though we are a small factory, we have always catered to people seeking custom or specialty beds. Whether it is a fully adjustable bed with remote-control base, to a mattress for an antique bed frame, we can assist you! Most custom orders take 4-6 weeks to complete, especially if we need to order a custom size mattress spring unit. Any of our dealers can assist you with a quote, and expected completion date for your specialty or custom bed.
